Visit Loterie Farm while in St Martin and enjoy an adrenaline filled day! On the Fly Zone Extreme Treetop Adventure obstacle course, soar high above the tropical forest using zip lines, monkey bridges, ladders, tight ropes etc. This course will get your adrenaline pumping as well as your heart. Iif you are looking for a leisurely zip line experience, this course is not for you. The Fly Zone Extreme is designed to give you a workout, both mentally and physically and there are no easy exit points for those who want to quit. Spend about 90 minutes of having fun in the trees and afterwards, ejnjoy a nice break to hydrate yourselves in our bar.

Loterie Farm's Jungle Kids Adventure Park is a dedicated area specifically designed for children 12 and under to keep busy and play, swim, and connect while Moms and Dads enjoy other features of Loterie Farm.

A secure open air playful adventure experience is here. Exclusively for kids to discover being kids, and for parents who get it. With a vast array of supervised attractions, plus a pool design specifically for the little ones, a day spent here is a day spent rewardingly and joyfully.

Open 7 days a week from 9 am and 5 pm.

Parents do not need to purchase an entry for themselves - all parents may visit the Jungle Kids Adventure Park at their leisure to ensure their young ones are having a fun time! You may access the Park directly from our Jungle Pool Area or near our FlyZone Zipline.

Spend about 60 minutes having fun in the trees, seeing monkeys, lush fauna.

Afterwards, should you choose, enjoy a nice break to hydrate yourself in our Jungle Room Restaurant and Bar, or our Jungle Pool oasis, both serving delectable bites and beverages. Any pool or restaurant visits will be billed separately as this is not included in the tour.

Loterie Farm features the *only* tropical humid forests on St. Martin / St. Maarten. If you have the stamina, hike all the way to the top to the highest point on the island, Pic Paradis. Want a shorter trek? We have alternative options that are less strenuous but still provide all the benefits of the full route including fantastic views of the island and Anguilla.
