Our Secret Island Beach Adventure is an ideal place to relax and spend the day with family and friends and enjoy water sports and beach games. Our Kualoa Grown Tour allows guests to see the beauty and tranquility of one of Oahu’s most well-preserved ancient Hawaiian fishponds (Moli’i), which is carbon-dated at between 800 and 1,000 years old. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interior, you’ll get to learn about early Hawaiian aquaculture practices and how fish was farmed in this 153-acre actively farmed fishpond, still standing with much of the original stonewall infrastructure in place.

Guests will travel on a Trolley to explore the tropical fruit and flower gardens of Moli’i. Admire the accomplishments of the early Hawaiians as the rich stories of the voyaging canoe and ancient fishpond unfold.

To start off with you’ll cross Moli’i fishpond, an 800 yr old example of ancient Hawaiian aquaculture, where you will learn about sustainable fishing practices as well as our oyster farm and current stewardship practices. Soon after you’ll arrive at “Secret Island” where you will board our catamaran for an ocean tour of Kaneohe Bay. This tour offers spectacular views of Mokoli’i Island, Hakipu’u and Kualoa valleys, and the Ko’olau mountain range. If you’re lucky you may also see turtles or other wildlife.

We take you in a comfortable 25-passenger, air-conditioned vehicle driven by a fun tour guide, to experience landmarks, lookouts, and beaches in the Country Side, also known as the NORTH SHORE. Some of those spots are:

Diamond Head, Blowhole, Maka’apuu, Secret Beach, Tropical Farms, Chinaman’s Hat, Haleiwa and the North Shore, Sunset Beac, Turtle Town
Turtle Beach (for one hour of SNORKELING at a safe and shallow spot.), Dole Plantation, Coffee Farm, Pipe Line. On our way, we stop at fruit stands. we also stop for lunch at the FAMOUS SHRIMP TRUCKS for a no-host lunch.

Our time in each spot depends on the activity, for instance, at the lookouts we stop for 15 or 20 minutes, and at places such as the Dole Plantation and the Macadamia Nuts Farm, we stop 45 at one and 30 minutes at the other.
